A little about the Owners – Jason and Tasha…

Tasha’s health and fitness journey started when diagnosed with an auto-immune disease many years ago. She decided to retire from her teaching job to share her expertise with the community. Jason obtained his degree in health and fitness and was very interested in how to impact the people in the community. In February 2019 they decided to open The Nutrition Range. Jason’s favorite drink is Banana Nut Muffin and Tasha’s is the Lonestar Mega.

About The Nutrition Range

The store is located near Olmos park. They offer protein shakes and energy drinks, personal training, and fitness classes. The store is beautiful with hand painted signs and details making you feel very warm and welcome. They even have a play area for kids. The fitness classes are free to the community and they have a great work out space in the back of their store. Currently during COVID-19 crisis, they are offering curbside pick up and delivery.
